Purchases from Special Clay LLC may include physical objects or educational experiences at Make Space Workshop & Classroom.
For ceramic purchases, there are no refunds offered as this is a one-person show. If items arrive damaged please contact [email protected] immediately to start the insurance claim option through USPS. All items are sent through USPS and insured to their full value. Once refund has been issued, there may be an option to reorder the same item or one of similar value. However, because this is a one-person show, I do not always have inventory or ability to replace damaged items so this is a case by case evaluation.
For educational experiences, ie workshops and classes, there are no refunds issued only credits towards future use at the studio. Credits are redeemable by the student or transferable to a friend to be used within 1 year of purchase date. For your own benefit and that of the class, in the event that you must cancel attendance please do so as soon as possible. Full credit towards a future workshop will be given for cancellations within 5 business days of class date. If notice is given with less than 5 days, the student can either transfer their spot to someone else or recieve a 75% credit towards future classes. Please email [email protected] with any cancellaton notices or to discuss in more detail postponement options on a case by case basis.
